Data deletion instructions

Use this page to request deletion of your Skippis account and the app data associated with it.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line: Skippis Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address linked to your Skippis account.
  4. If available, include your display name or user ID so we can verify ownership faster.
We may ask for additional information to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.

Data we delete

After verification, Skippis deletes account-linked data under our control where applicable, including:

  • Profile and account information.
  • Listings, favorites, chats and uploaded images.
  • Notification tokens and account preference data.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial recordkeeping or legal compliance. Aggregated or de-identified data may also be retained when it no longer identifies you.

Processing time

We review requests after ownership verification and process them within a reasonable period. If you cannot access your account, send the request from the email address associated with that account.
