Q.How do I list my first item for free?
Click 'Post Item' at the top right. Take 2-3 clear photos, select your Moroccan city (e.g., Casablanca - Maârif), set whether you want a swap or cash sale, and submit. You get 10 free Hearts right upon registration!
Q.What is the Hearts Wallet ❤️?
Hearts (❤️) are Skippis' local trust currency. Spend them to boost your listings to the top of category feeds (5 ❤️ for 7 days of 5x visibility) and unlock escrow features.
🤝 Trading & Escrow Handovers
Q.How does the secure escrow handover work?
When you reach an agreement in chat, a 4-digit handover confirmation code is generated. Meet in a public neighborhood spot, inspect the items together, and enter the code to finalize the trade securely.
Q.What if the item doesn't match its description?
Never share your confirmation code if the item has unlisted defects. You can cancel the trade on the spot with zero penalty and submit feedback on the user's trust profile.
⚡ Boosting & Promotions
Q.How long does a Boost last?
A Boost lasts exactly 7 days (168 hours). Your listing stays pinned at the top of the homepage, category feeds, and relevant searches with the '⚡ Boosted' badge.
Q.How do I refill my Hearts balance?
Go to your user menu or click 'Refill Hearts'. Choose from Starter (50 ❤️ for 20 MAD), Popular (150 ❤️ for 50 MAD), or Power Pack (500 ❤️ for 120 MAD).
