Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your Skippis account and associated data by contacting support.
How to Request Deletion
Email support@skippis.com with the subject "Skippis Account Deletion Request". Include the email address linked to your account and, when possible, your display name or user ID so we can verify account ownership.
Data We Delete
After verification, we delete account profile data, listings, favorites, messages, uploaded images, notification tokens, and account preferences under our control when applicable.
What May Be Retained
Limited records may be retained when required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial obligations, or legal compliance. Aggregated or anonymized data may also be retained when it no longer identifies you.
Timing and Support
We review requests after verifying account ownership and process them within a reasonable period. If you can no longer access your account, send the request from the email address associated with the account.
