Delete your Skippi account

This page gives Skippi users a direct way to request deletion of their app account and associated data without reopening the app.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line: Skippi Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address linked to your Skippi account.
  4. If available, also include your display name or user ID to help us verify ownership.
For security, we may ask for additional information to verify that the request is coming from the account owner before processing deletion.

What will be deleted

  • Your Skippi account profile and account-linked app data.
  • Listings, favorites, chat content, uploaded images, and similar account-associated content, where applicable.
  • Notification tokens and account-linked preference data under our control.

What may be retained

  • Limited records that must be kept for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial recordkeeping, or legal compliance.
  • De-identified or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you.

What to expect

Once we verify ownership of the account, we aim to review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period. If your request affects data that must be retained for the reasons listed above, we will limit retention to what is necessary.

If you are unable to access your account, you can still send a deletion request using the same email address.
